Construction projects are nowadays complex processes full with laws and administrative burdens, and nobody should expect from the customer and builder to be aware of all the necessary steps. Our engineering office checks the project from the start of the building until the final verifications. If there is a need for that we can follow up the full lifecycle of the building construction.
Technical inspection
We completely represent the customer, with overseering the works and helping to make the necessary decisions. In such case it is our task to check the compliance with the plans, laws, construction rules, certificate the performances, and supervise the material replacements.
Construction supervision in charge
With this service we are available to the building constructor side as well. In such case our company supervise the construction, pay attention to the compliance with the laws, plans, construction rules, accident- and work-safety, logging, assemble of performances.
Monument construction supervision in charge
With content similar to the above, we undertake construction supervision for national monuments, being attentive to the monument environment and intensely keeping the monument protection rules.
Consulting and preparation
We undertake during the construction to prepare the items of carry out work processes and workphases, making the quantitative registry necessary for those items. In various situations our customers often ask for expert’s opinion: in such cases we make opinion for damage in an already built or under construction property, or just about the quality of the final work. An expert’s opinion from a legitimate expert can be a big help to decide in disputed questions.
Planning
We are dealing with complete planning, where we prepare the ideas of the customer with complying to the local givens, laws, technology rules, with the proper technical content, and record in an offical format suitable for realization and authorization.
Construction transaction
We undertake comprehensive arrangement of constructions from the first steps thorough the tendering till the handover.
Technical leading
We ensure technical leading even for one day, or for the full period of the construction.
Authorisation procedures
If possible we prepare the authorization materials in advance, but sometimes an already finished building most be conjured to official within the limits of laws, from the facade colorplan, thorough the settlement picture authorization, thorough the simplified process till the complete authorization.
Education
We help our customers in the use of electrical construction log, and the roles related to the log.
