CONSTRUCTION DEFECTS

A bad insulation or a poorly put on electric switch counts as a construction defect – even if one of them more serious than the other. Below we show such defects, what can occur in our home or in our office, especially if an expert not supervised the work.  All of these are avoidable with technical supervision and leading.

1. dangerous
The work in this situation is not safe enough. The boot and the helmet are there but missing the protection against falling.
2. dangerous
The scaffolding started properly, but on the left side already contingent. Not only untechnical, but even dangerous.
3. aesthetic defect
The closing of footing not horizontal.
4. untechnical
The heat insulation between the ventilating pipe and the roof insulationis not closed, and can cause further damage.
5. untechnical
The surface under the footing insulation was not properly prepared, so the insulation can fall off. This can cause further damage.
6. aesthetic defect
The subtitle of the power switches are not clear and not aesthetic.
7. untechnical
Painting of the pipes not done. Even if galvanised and painting was not absolutely necessary,  in this case it should have been protected from the fillings and wallpaintings.
8. aesthetic defect
The cover frame of the switcher was put off before the wallpainting, therefore the painting not became solid.
9. aesthetic defect
The cover frame was picked off, but the underlay was painted during the wallpainting. Basically an aesthetic defect, but can cause contact error.
